Butterfly Chats for Adult Groups
at Strong National Museum of Play®

Strong National Museum of Play® announces the introduction of a new afternoon series—Butterfly Chats—designed specifically for groups of adults, including groups from senior centers and retirement communities.

Butterfly Chats take place on selected weekdays beginning in September. Adult groups can enjoy a slide lecture and an exclusive guided tour of the spectacular Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden®. Guests stroll or roll (the garden is accessible to people who use wheelchairs or walkers) through the garden and experience a “butterfly release” when newly-emerging butterflies are released into flight. Then everyone takes a seat for a slide presentation in a nearby room.

Butterfly Chats are available on selected Mondays between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and on selected Tuesdays through Fridays between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m. The experience takes 90 minutes and is open to up to 36 guests including any staff who accompany guests with special needs. The fee is $10 per person with a minimum of 12 guests. For more information or to schedule a Butterfly Chat, adult program coordinators are invited to call 585-263-2700.

General Admission (does not include Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden™):
Adults $9.00; Seniors $8.00; Children (2–17) $7.00; Children younger than two free; Strong members free.
Admission to Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden™:
General Admission fee plus $3.00 per person for members and nonmembers; Children younger than two free.
