Extended Summer Hours—July 1 through September 3: Strong will remain open an hour later until 6:00 p.m. every day beginning July 1 (except Friday, when the museum is already open until 8:00 p.m.). Summer hours at Strong National Museum of Play® are: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Sunday, 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m.

Today in the Galleries: Weekdays, July 9–August 24: Enjoy fun-filled activities for all ages throughout the museum at various times each weekday. “Cook” in One History Place, listen to stories in Reading Adventureland, solve riddles in Cyberchase, meet the CyberSquad’s own cyberbird pal Digit or other strolling characters, and more. The activity schedule will be posted each day.

Join the Parade! Weekdays, July 9–August 31: Grab a pom-pom and musical instrument and march along in a festive, musical parade throughout the galleries at the end of each weekday. A rousing way to conclude your visit!

Don’t miss the summer exhibit Cyberchase—The Chase Is On! (through September 3): The exhibit, based on the Emmy Award-winning animated PBS KIDS GO! math adventure series, invites guests to join the CyberSquad and use their brain power to help thwart the dastardly Hacker’s plan to dominate Cyberspace.

The exhibit was produced by the Children’s Museum of Houston in partnership with Thirteen WNET/New York with major funding from the National Science Foundation. Cyberchase is produced by Thirteen/WNET New York and Nelvana Limited and can be seen nationally on PBS KIDS GO! and locally at 3:30 p.m. on WXXI-TV 21 (cable 11). The exhibit is made possible in Rochester in part by AT&T.

All daily summer activities are included with general museum admission fees.
