Toddler Book Club Fall 2007 Schedule
at Strong National Museum of Play®

Join the Toddler Book Club at Strong National Museum of Play® on selected Mondays at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m.
Parents and toddlers will enjoy sharing stories from award-winning books and authors, and then joining in related music, movement, nature, or art activities. The Toddler Book Club fall schedule follows:

Mondays, September 17 & 24:
Animal Stories: Pretend you’re an animal with dress-up and role-play activities. Sing songs. Learn animal poems, and enjoy finger plays. Move like an animal in a special parade.

Mondays, October 1, 15, 22, & 29: Build on Books.
Story readings with a construction theme. Play with trucks, build with blocks, and sing construction songs. Hear stories about construction workers and the things they build. Have fun in the new exhibit Bob the Builder™—Project: Build It.

Mondays, November 5, 12, 19, & 26: Fishy Tales.
Meet at the aquarium and search for Nemo and his wet pals. Use colorful papers and craft materials to create your own aquarium and fish. Listen to fishy tales about different creatures of the sea.

Mondays, December 3, 10, & 17:
The Books of Bill Martin. Enjoy stories and poems written by children’s author Bill Martin, Jr., famous for Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, and Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? Move to the rhythm of Martin’s poetry and sing songs, too.

Additional Toddler Book Club programs are scheduled monthly through June. All Toddler Book Club events are included with general museum admission fees.

Monday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Sunday, 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.
Admission Fees:
General Admission (does not include Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden™):
Adults $9.00; Seniors $8.00; Children (2–17) $7.00; Children younger than two free; Strong members free.
Admission to Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden™:
General Admission fee plus $3.00 per person for members and nonmembers; Children younger than two free.
Due to limited capacity, entry to Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden™ is by timed tickets only. Advance purchase is recommended. Please call 585-263-2700 to purchase timed tickets.
